Do you ship international?
Yes we currently ship worldwide.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another e-mail when your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the U.S. costs $3.95. International shipping is $15.95 We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65 and free international shipping on orders over $150.
Will there be tax on my order?
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Will all products ship together?
Most products will be shipped together. However some products in your order may be shipped separately due to our various warehouse locations. This is to help ensure a timely delivery for all products within an order.
What should I do if I want to cancel or update my order?
You can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order ships. Please visit our Contact Us page to notify us.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
If a product in your order is damaged please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
You are not able to use multiple discount codes per order. We are unable to apply more than one code.
What is your return policy?
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale items are final sale.
